Here’s Where I Am With Running

Half marathon in 8 days. Haven’t really trained. Longest run I’ve done is 8 miles, and that was 2 or 3 weeks ago.

Race day is going to hurt.

If I go run long this week, that will hurt too. And race day will hurt the same amount.

So now I’m off the hook for long runs.

But I do get to keep training BJJ. That’s cardio, right?
