I’m not a huge fan of LinkedIn. I’m not a fan at all. It’s one thing to misrepresent who you actually are on Instagram or Facebook, but it makes you look a little more silly to do it on LinkedIn; at least it does to me. From what I can tell, that’s what most of its active users do.
But every now and then, there’s something SO on point. For example…
I’ve seen this happen so many times to so many people. And, without fail, the “leaders” are always shocked when these folks leave. Meanwhile, everyone else in the org who is worth their salt says, “Well…yeah…anyone could have seen this coming. How’d you miss it?”
